I introduce people to cuisines through hands-on cooking classes, guided trips, and media. I am passionate about providing unique culinary experiences and a foundation to describe new foods.

Host and producer for The Culinary Citizen

When I am not organizing classes or tours, I am sampling beverages and products around Northern California. I love to forage while hiking along the Californian coast, grow heritage products in my garden, and volunteer with Slow Food California.
